LOTO-LUCK plays each day above mentioned in the Spanish loteria Primitiva. Just go to Play for free.

If before ending the period of game the combination obtained a Premium of any category, this would be substituted by another different.

Each participant will be identified with its electronic mail address. In case of repetition, only will be recorded the one registered in first place.

We do not show your e-mail address in order to respect your privacy. You will know you are registerd because you will receive an e-mail immediately after registering. Otherwise, it will mean that you have not introduced your address properly.

Any player will have the right to receive the price whenever his message is registered five minutes before every official draw, and thus appear in the public relationship of Participants. It will be taken in account the Spanish time.

All participation registered plays and has right to Prize in the drawing or drawings successive to the corresponding of that gave and until the end of the period.

In case of prize, a Notary will place reliance on the number of Participants and the prize quantity.

The payments management will be carried out by a liquidating office created to such effect and the liquidation it will be effected by bank transfer or Spanish official money order.

The general expenses originated by the liquidating office and by the Notary intervention will be deduced from the amount of the Prize.

The expenses derived from the individualized payment will be deduced from the Prize of each participant.

All the participants are ruled by the game regulation of the official Organization.

Likewise and in the event of getting the Prize, all the participants, Spanish or belonging to the rest of the world, remain subject to the established by the Spanish Law.

The liquidating office will be put in touch with every prizewinner through their e-mail address. If in one month from the Prize day any participant has not been located by any cause, or he/she does not say anything to LOTO-LUCK, this participating will lose straight ahead its part.

LOTO-LUCK will not be responsible for any registration failure due to problems in the Net, failure of the program of validation or of impression in the Participants List, neither of no other cause motivated by the automatic registration process.

LOTO-LUCK decides the right interpretation of this Bases, and improve them in an unilateral way.
